Please do not give any credit card information along with your order if you areworried about "SECURITY" on the WEB. We have found there to be NO security problems ! None of our customers have reported any credit card related problems. If you are not worried, go ahead and give us that info. If you are an existing customer, we will already have this information so you will not need to include it. If you are a new customer, and your SECURITY conscious please call us (734-282-1055) and leave the credit card information, (with a person or on our machine) we need the card number and expiration date, along with the name on the card.
, and ALL (non engine) foreign orders will ship US Mail unless you check with us first ! We have found this shipping method to be the LEAST expensive by far. Foreign orders sent surface (cheapest way) take from one (Europe) to eight weeks (Australia) to arrive. Air mail (most expensive) takes 2-3 days toarrive.
All UPS shipments are traceable and insured automatically to $100.00, this is our preferred method of shipment. US mail shipments are insurablefor an additional fee (about $2.00 depending on order value) and are NOT traceable. We can get a verification of delivery (about $2.00) to proveyou shipment made it to you. Thus far we have had NO lost or damaged shipments ship via US Mail. We are Not Responsible for lost or damaged packages sent via US Mail unless YOU pay to have your package INSURED. We are currently insuring all Mail Shippments over $30.00 automatically.
