How To Use This Site

Welcome to the Commonwealth Displays, Inc. hobby & rocketry web store.Please note that our order page is secure but other pages are not, thisimproves performance and provides you with one of the fastest web stores on the planet while maintaining security.

Our site requires the following settings on your browser to work properly:
1) Pop Up Windows must NOT be turned off.
    We use them as NOTIFICATION PAGES and our INFO PAGES.
2) Java Script must be enabled.
    Some of the buttons will not function with out Java being enabled.
3) Cookies must be enabled.
    Our order summary page uses a TEMPORARY Self Destructing Cookie !

To use our store please make a selection form the left side frame.
Choose a category then choose a manufacturer or product type.
i.e. (rocketry) The top section (yellow) lists all the major manufacturers we stock. The bottomsection (blue) list parts by type.

i.e. if you are looking for a ACME launch lug you can simply click on the word ACME and all of their products will be listed. If you wanted a launch lug but were not sure what type to choose you could select Launch Lugs & Buttons from the bottom section of the left side frame,this will list launch lugs from every manufacturer.

When the list of products forms on the screen (center frame) you may simply click on the Order Button to order 1 of any item listed. If you desire more than 1simply just click in the QTY box and enter in the quantity you desire then click on the Order Button.

Items purchased will be displayed on the screen so that you know what hasbeen ordered. To order more, select manufactures or products from the left side frame and continue the process.

If you need addition information on any product simply click on the INFO Button.A pop up window will form containing information and pictures of the product in question. The window pops up minimized you may maximize the window for easeof viewing.

The left side of the pop up window contains pricing information and an Order Button.After reviewing the product information you may order from the Info page by clickingon the Order Button. The pop up window will close if a product is ordered. If you decide not to order that product simply close the pop up window by clicking on the X in the upper right hand corner of the pop up window or use the close window button in the order section..

At any time in your shopping process you may click on the buttons for items you alreadyhave on order and Delete the item or change the total in the QTY Box and Update the total you have on order.

The STOCK field will be populated with a YES or a NO indicating if the productis available currently or not.

If the product has a YES for in stock this means it is either in stock or it is on its way from a supplier. 95% of the time the YES indicator will mean the product is currently on our shelf and can be shipped to you on our next business day. If the product is on its way from a supplier your order may be delayed a day or two.

If the product has a NO for in stock this means the product is currently not in stock andwe do not have a good idea when it may arrive. You may still order any product that shows as out of stock ! If we do get shipping confirmation we will hold up your orderuntil the out of stock item arrives. If we have no status on the parts your order willbe filled minus the part(s) that is out of stock. In general out of stock items will arrive in two to four weeks.

If an item no longer listed this means we have no idea when our supplier can full our order. When stock arrives we will put those items back on our shopping cart.
