Most of our shipments ship via UPS (United Parcel Systems) or USPS (U.S. Mail).
All packages are shipped insured.
We prefer to use UPS for the following reasons;
1) Packages are traceable.
2) We have daily pick up service at our store.
3) All packages are insured.
USPS Service:
Packages shipped via USPS are taken to the post office on Monday - Wednesday and Friday's.
Any shipment containing engines or igniters MUST ship via ground service (no air or next day service is available). This is the law, we follow it, others may not, they are making you liable for large fines if you use their services.
Some smaller engines and starter sets may ship via USPS (see the individual info pages on each product).The delivery times for motor orders range from 5-10 days if you are East of the Mississippi River and 10-21 days if you are West of the Mississippi River. Orders without motors and igniters can be shipped priority mail service (3-5 days). Packages sent via USPS are NOT traceable!
Most foreign orders are shipped via USPS (US Mail).
Shipping can be done via ground service (boat) or air mail. Ground service usually starts at about $15.00 per package and delivery times range from 10-50 days. Air service usually starts at $25.00 per package and delivery times range from 3-9 days. Please note most package are limited in size to 108 inches in girth. This means larger orders may require more than one box.

UPS Service:
Any engines, igniters or starter sets shipped via UPS must use ground service. An additional UPS HAZ-MAT fee will be charged. This fee is imposed on us by UPS and we make no money on this fee! As of today this fee is $20.00 per package. UPS packages are traceable and usually arrive in 3-6 days.
HAZ-MAT boxes are used when shipping motors and igniters via UPS. Your order may require multiple boxes (for example: our HAZ-Mat boxes are not large enough to ship LOC body tubes).
We can not use UPS for HAZ-MAT shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Foreign Haz-MAT:
Currently we do NOT process orders for engines or other HAZ-MAT items that are to be shipped out of the USA. This may be possible but is VERY costly, fees start at $300.00 plus expensive HAZ-MAT shipping. Only contact us on foreign Haz-Mat orders if you are planing on spending $5000.00 or more.Damaged Shipments:
Save the box and all packing material, if the shipper is still there have them make note of the damage for the record. Contact us A.S.A.P with all the details so we can start a damage claim with the shipping service.
