As soon as damage is noticed please contact the carrier and Commonwealth Displays for instructions. Keep all packing materials and the box; they may be needed to request a shipping damage claim. Do not return any damaged products to Commonwealth Displays unless we (Commonwealth Displays) request you to do so.
No products may be returned unless you are issued a RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). Please call or e-mail us to obtain this number. Any products returned with out a RMA # are forfeit by the customer and become the property of Commonwealth Displays. All returned products must be properly packaged and returned in re-saleable condition. Any items that arrive damaged or not in re-saleable condition will not receive credit. The customer (you) is responsible for paying return shipping charges. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged. No cash or credit card refunds will be given, a store credit will be issued. Under no circumstances do we do accept returns from foreign countries. |
